‘Little Yogis’ is a class that is sure to light up the hill. It is suitable for children of all ages.
Conducted in a relaxed and fun environment helping to cultivate self -esteem, confidence and a positive mind .

The benefits of Yoga for children are that physically it develops strength, flexibility and balance. It promotes good coordination and posture. Mentally, Yoga increases focus and concentration and fosters creative expression and imagination. Yoga also teaches us how to breathe and relax.

The core of the practise teaches respect for themselves, others and the world around them.
